1. Informational purpose & no warranty

The data is community-reported, sourced from OpenStreetMap, and provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Lantern to harass anyone, publish personal information, or plan or facilitate tampering with equipment. It maps public infrastructure for transparency and education only.

3. User-submitted content

You are responsible for anything you submit; we host neutrally and may moderate or remove submissions.

4. Intellectual property

Camera data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. The Lantern name, logo, and content are ours; vendor names are used nominatively.

5. Corrections & takedown

Report errors or request removal at hello@bodhin.org. IP complaints: see DMCA.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lantern is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or data.
